Thank you to everyone for making Tuesday a victorious election day. Your efforts and those of thousands of old and thousands of new friends made our victory of 60 + % a reality in the redrawn 5th Congressional District of Missouri.

The voters confidence in returning me to Congress renews my energy to work each day to improve our country to make it a better place for our children and grand-children.

Please know that when I return next week to Washington, D.C. for the "lame duck" session of Congress and continuing into new Congressional session next year, my commitment to job creation and economic development remains steadfast.

I look forward to working with the President and my colleagues in the years to come to foster greater civility in our public policy decision making.
